It's very likely the part # BVD0449-A01 is the correct replacement lid for the vent on your 2018 Coachmen Apex Nano 15X Hybrid since this is a very common type of roof vent but you'd need to check out the picture I attached to match the shape of the lid and it's hinge design to what you have to know for certain. If the diameter of your axle was 3 inches the kit part # K71-385-00 would work to allow you to move the springs in relation to the axle. Since the Coachmen Apex Nano Off-Grid 194BHS is designed with fold-down steps instead of the traditional pull-out steps like you're looking at you would have build a mounting bracket for the steps to mount onto.
